MICROTUNNELING:-

Micro tunneling is a trenchless construction method used to install pipelines beneath highways, railroads, runways, harbors, rivers, and environmentally sensitive areas. Micro tunnels are installed using a remote- controlled drilling and pipe-jacking system.

HDPE LINED PIPE


The pipe has a thin tubular core (inner layer) of high density polyethyleneand an outer layer of cross-linked polyethylene. . The pipe is suitable for potable water applications and for hot water radiant heating systems.

  • T-Lining is a flexible sheet liner which is flat on one side whilst the reverse side is provided with parallel T-shaped ribs with locking extensions. T-Lining’s projection moulded in T-ribs are designed to allow concrete to flow around them during casting and is then vibrated to ensure a dense, void-free structure with the HDPE Lining secure to its face, permanently locking the liner into place as an integral part of the concrete substrate this isolating the concrete from the harmful effects of corrosive chemicals for long period of time that can be measured in decades.

Intermediate Jacking stations (IJS)

Intermediate Jacking stations (IJS) are placed between the main jacking station and the end of the pipe being jacked on long jacking drives. The IJS includes a lead pipe – through which the pipe being jacked enters the IJS – a hydraulic ram system within a steel cylinder to push the pipe and a trailing pipe through which the pipe being jacked leaves the IJS.

REINFORCEMENT & MS COLAR :

  • We use the best quality steel and best quality electrodes for welding.
  • Using Metal Insert Gas Welding Method (MIG) for Making designed cage of Jacking Pipes.

Instate of use the cutting from a regular sized MS plate We procure the best quality MS plate direct from the factory of origin for making the collar of the Jacking pipe Which is sized as per our design. So it didn't lose its original character and remain the same strength and durability.

Monitor and control the production in all stages and deter the occurrences of errors ,so they can be corrected before they become a damaging and costly phenomenon to obtain the highest possible standard of precast product quality as demanded by relevant standards and specifications ,so the quality of the precast products has the desired level according to functionality, durability, and aesthetic appearance.
